How are artifacts created?
Normally, artifacts are created after the death of a god. When a god dies, part of its magical energy and soul can sometimes crystallize inside an object, giving power to this object and making it an artifact. Of course, there are some exceptions, such as the Hammer of Creation.
How does Authority work for Artifacts?
Authority depends on how old the mythology of the god is and how high their rank is within it. (Maybe biased)

2: Half-god

4: God
